It’s time to start preparing for the upcoming doll shows this fall! Gigi’s Dolls will be exhibiting at all of the shows mentioned below, so if you’re in the area or able to travel, stop by and see us.
Triple Crown Doll Club Show and Sale
Located in Covington, Kentucky, the Triple Crown Doll Club Show and Sale will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18. This show and sale will host a number of different kinds of antique and modern dolls and accessories for sale, with more than 90 vendor tables. Admission will be $5 for adults and $1 for children ages 12 and younger.
Illinois Doll, Bear & Toy Show
Located in Countryside, Illinois is the Illinois Doll, Bear & Toy Show. This show, scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, will show off a wide selection of dolls, from antiques to modern dolls, plus accessories and other supplies, teddy bears and other merchandise. Admission is $5 per person for adults, and $2 for kids 12 and younger. This show will also have an appraiser on sight who will appraise your dolls free of charge (included with the price of admission)!
Chicago Toy Show
The Chicago Toy Show will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles, Illinois. Adult admission is $10 children younger than 12 are free! This show will feature collectible toys and dolls from all eras, including antique and modern dolls, and plenty of dealers from near and far are expected to attend. For those passionate collectors who will be staying for the weekend, a hotel swap meet is planned at The Comfort Inn & Suites in Geneva the Thursday and Friday prior, featuring an early opportunity to review the merchandise for sale from more than 70 dealers!
‘Dollicious’ Doll Show and Sale
The “Dollicious” Doll Show and Sale will take place in Madison Heights, Michigan in November. Scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 6, adults can get in for just $5 and children younger than 5 are free. This show , billed as Michigan’s largest doll show, includes more than 210 tables from vendors offering a great collection of vintage, modern and artist dolls from all around the world! Nearly 100 exhibitors will be joining us, so if you’re in the area, don’t miss it!
